The word helix was selected as it represents a spiral or circle. The helix in Helix Global Partners is a metaphor which represents the closing of an opening (or the circle) within an organization creating a more attractive and marketable asset. Openings within organizations may include financial issues, strategic partnerships, management, exit planning or other critical strategic or structural elements.

Helix Global Partners has the ability to leverage existing relationships with Boutique Investment firms and selected Angel Investment Groups. In addition, we can help companies create plans to achieve maximum enterprise valuations and prepare them for Initial Public Offerings.
